Carter Shannon is a strategy and analytics professional based in Washington, D.C. He works at Deloitte Consulting within the Government and Public Sector practice, where he focuses on technology, analytics, and financial management projects for federal and state clients.

Carter began his career at Logistics Capital and Strategy, a boutique consulting firm focused on the transportation sector, supporting buy-side diligence and demand modeling for mid-market private equity decisions. He has since built a track record of delivering measurable outcomes for clients, leading internal firm growth initiatives, and driving nonprofit engagement at the local and national level.

Outside of client work, Carter is the founder of CS Ventures, where he designs and builds products and analytical systems that help individuals and small businesses operate more effectively.
