It enables individuals and small businesses to create new products, optimize business processes, gain more traction in their markets, and identify new opportunities. CS Ventures operates at the intersection of strategic consulting, data analytics, and hands-on product development.
CS Ventures was founded by Carter Shannon, a strategy and analytics professional based in Washington, D.C. Carter works at a Big 4 consulting firm within its Government and Public Sector practice and brings experience across financial risk, government technology, and go-to-market strategy to everything CS Ventures builds.
CS Ventures has shipped work in three categories. In agents and AI: DeckForge, an autonomous agent that writes and self-refines equity research decks until they are board-ready, and Product Team Loop, an autonomous product team of agents that finds, ranks, and ships its own backlog. In apps and websites: Altro, Nos, and the Altro travel marketing site. In trainings and papers: a first-app development guide, an AI driven growth deck for private equity, and an SMB process-automation deck.
